- How do I make payment?
Please fill in the confirmation form. You can either pay via online banking or cash deposit payment at Maybank or CIMB (Malaysia) branch. Payments with credit cards are also accepted via Paypal, with shoppers bearing Paypal's charges.
- Can I reserve an item?
Unfortunately no, that is not in our policy. We want to be fair to our other shoppers. Shoppers who are first in confirming and making payment (upon our confirmation), will get the goodies!
- I have sent the confirmation form and received your confirmation. Why is my item up for sale?
This may be because of non-payment within the stipulated 24 hours of the confirmation email being sent. To be fair to our other shoppers, the item will be available to other shoppers who wish to buy and are able to confirm and make the payment at an earlier date.
- I’m not residing in Malaysia but I’m interested to purchase. How do I go about purchasing?
Kindly email us at email@example.com and provide details of your town, country and postcode. We will revert to you with the postage charges. All postage charges are to be borne by shoppers.
- When will my purchases arrive?
For Pos Laju, your parcel will usually arrive in 1-2 working days. For registered post, your parcel will usually arrive within 3-5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia, and 5-7 working days for East Malaysia.
- My shopping have not arrived. What should I do?
If your shopping does not arrive after 3 days, you can call 1300-300-300 to enquire with your tracking number provided to you by us. Otherwise, you can check the status of your parcel at ‘Pos Malaysia Track & Trace’. All Pos Laju and registered mail parcels will require a signature upon you receiving your parcel. If no one is around, a notice will be left at your letter box to inform you that your parcel is ready to be collected at your nearest post office.
- Instead of Pos Laju and Registered Post, can I opt for Pos Ekspres or normal postage?
We strongly recommend NOT to opt for postage via Pos Ekspres or normal postage. Pos Ekspres is very strict with their 'documents only' policy, and we've experienced returned parcels. Parcels with Pos Laju and registered post comes with a tracking number that will be able to tell you the location of your parcels during shipment. These are the safest shipping methods in Malaysia, as we do not compensate on lost shipment. Also, this is to ensure your shopping reaches your hand, safe & sound.
- I bought the wrong item/colour/size/pattern! Can I refund or exchange?
All purchased items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure you have entered the right item code & information into the Order Form before submitting. Also, you should double-check your size based on our measurements given or at our ‘Size Guide’.
- I have received your item but it has a hole / irremovable stain on it. Can I refund or exchange?
Each piece of clothing are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. In rare occasions we may have overlooked a fault or mark. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you. However, refunds and exchanges are only valid within 3 days of parcel received, and if the hole is more than 3mm in diameter.
